What is The Whitney’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
The Whitney allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $50 per adult.
How much is parking?
A standard garage stall is $100 per month. An electric vehicle charging garage stall is $150 per month.
